Shipping, Tax and Pricing
All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. We will notify you by email within two business day if your order is out of stock. We will ship all orders by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must be shipped by UPS Second Day Air. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders to be shipped outside of the United States with the exception of Canada. Delivery Service via courier is available in the Mountain Brook, Homewood, Vestavia, Southside and Downtown areas. To arrange for delivery, call 205-879-0125. Expedited Delivery If it is important that your order arrive in the fastest way possible, we offer UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air on all orders. In order to avoid confusion or problems, please note the following. Processing time (not shipping time) for internet orders is 1-2 days. Because we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday, orders placed online after 3pm on Thursdays will not be shipped until Monday. Additionally, orders placed after 3pm on any week day will not be processed until the following day. If your order is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours, so that you may choose a different item, or change to standard ground delivery. Our Customer Care Representatives will happily assist you and will recommend the fastest method of delivery.
